Why donate to the FFF?

  • Your donation will go towards new food forest and forest garden projects. These agroforestry systems can store more carbon than any other types of horticulture or agriculture.
  • The projects we fund will be within the context of schools, community projects, or private projects.
  • By donating you will be helping take carbon out of the atmosphere. Our own forest garden sequesters 4-5 tons of carbon per hectare per year for decades.
  • As an individual or business, your donation will help offset your own carbon emissions.
  • You will be able to see evidence, (plans/photos) of the projects which we have funded .
  • We estimate that £1500 will fund the trees to establish the canopy layer in a new 1 hectare food forest.
  • We welcome one-off donations or a regular monthly arrangement.
